Some of our courses offer a blended learning option to combine the convenience and flexibility of online learning with the hands-on practice and guidance of in-person instruction.
Our practical training sessions offer a supportive environment where you can practice essential first aid skills, empowering you to make a difference in emergency situations. Our CPR training will focus on both male and female casualties. Our courses are inclusive, flexible, and engaging. We can offer training in your community, in your workplace or even in the comfort of your own home.

What do you need?
The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification is typically recommended for individuals who work in low-risk environments or smaller businesses where the risk of workplace accidents or incidents is relatively low. It is suitable for employees who are designated as the appointed person for first aid provision in the workplace or for those who want to gain basic first aid knowledge and skills.

ResQ First Aid offers hands-on training to demonstrate how easy it is to use a defibrillator. Gain the confidence you need to respond effectively in critical situations.
Our Paediatric First Aid (PFA - L3) qualification is suitable for all Ofsted registered facilities, including childminders, schools, and out-of-school clubs. Our recommended 12-hour training program utilises blended learning, allowing you to keep up to date with essential knowledge and skills at a time and place that suits you.
